Raised Access Flooring: Our raised  access flooring continues to be a very popular product. Raised access flooring is essential for casinos, offices having computers, or any instance in which you need increased airflow or easy electrical protection. Egress Systems with IllumiTread™: Stair nosings are ideal for any application where safety, slip-resistance, and stair tread protection is a concern. Electrical emergency lighting and signage are subject to failure, leaving egress routs in the dark. IllumiTread™ Photoluminescent stair nosings and guidance strips deliver the highest luminescence levels available, but require significantly less ambient light to recharge; providing a non-electric, highly visible routing system that makes egress faster and safer for many hours after power loss. Moveable Walls: Moveable walls allow you to construct rooms and hallways with one configuration and then change that configuration. They allow you to add on to the system, change the wall heights, add glass components to the system, and other options. Additionally, you can take the system with you to another location! Because these are moveable, they are treated as office furniture by the IRS. Thus, the system can be depreciated in 7 years, vs. the 31-1/2 years for standard drywall construction.
