LOUVERS & VENTS
Industrial Louvers Inc. offers a wide range of architectural louvers and air vents to meet nearly any air intake or exhaust louver need. We specialize in custom architectural louvers, made in the USA with sustainable materials and unmatched attention to quality and service.
Louvers serve a critical need to allow air flow through openings in buildings while rejecting unwanted elements such as water and airborne debris. Non-drainable louvers provide maximum free air flow and a basic level of resistance to water penetration. Drainable louvers also provide maximum free air flow with increased protection against heavy rain. Specialized stormproof and storm-resistant louvers, including hurricane- and Florida-approved louvers, provide protection from wind-driven rain and extreme storm events. Acoustical louvers provide tested air and water performance, with the added benefit of reducing noise from loud equipment.
SUN CONTROL DEVICES
Custom sunshades are sun control devices that contribute to aesthetics, sustainable design and occupant comfort. Sunshades are striking additions to building exteriors. They also help owners save money and reduce a building’s carbon footprint by lowering energy required to offset unwanted heat loads. They also contribute to daylighting strategies by allowing occupants to enjoy the benefits of natural light with reduced glare.

DECORATIVE GRILLES & SCREENS
Decorative grilles or decorative screens can be used simply as a decorative feature or for creating visual screens to increase privacy, hide equipment or parking facilities. Applications that are strictly aesthetic are limited only by the imagination. We have a range of flat bars, tubes and channels that can be configured in any number of different ways.
For functional decorative grilles and decorative screens, selecting the right product for the application is important to meeting performance needs. Egg crate grilles are commonly used in parking ramps and garages as they allow for maximum air flow for exhaust. Louvered grilles also serve a critical need to allow air flow through openings while rejecting unwanted elements such as water and airborne debris. If the application requires special attention to wind or load performance, our engineering firm, licensed in all 50 states, can verify that custom designs meet performance needs.
EQUIPMENT SCREENS & LOUVERED FENCES
Equipment screens are designed to hide unwanted views and increase security of mechanical systems, HVAC equipment, trash enclosures, parking garages and other applications. Because they are louvered screens, they achieve these goals while still allowing air flow to the systems or areas they hide. Louvered fences hide views in areas where a full enclosure is not required. All louvered screens provide some level of protection against unwanted views. On a roof, sight-lines from the ground can be blocked by inverting louver blades. True sight-proof louvers completely block views from every direction using specially designed blades. Blades can be mounted vertically or horizontally, depending on aesthetic preference. Sight-proof construction is often used at ground level for trash enclosures and stockyards.
Equipment screens also provide added security for the screened area without sacrificing future access. We offer hinged doors with several hardware options and locking styles – ensuring equipment remains secure until it needs to be serviced or moved. An added benefit of sight-proof blades is that they are also tamper proof. This further ensures the integrity of enclosures by barring the ability of hands or tools to be slipped through the blades.
COLUMN COVERS & BEAM WRAP
Our column covers and beam wrap products provide a wide range of durable and attractive solutions for interior and exterior structural applications. Available in radiused, square or oval profiles with hairline, caulked or reveal joints, imagination is virtually the only design limitation.
Selecting the right material for the job will help ensure maximum product life. We offer stainless steel columns, aluminum columns, Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) columns and beam wrap. Stainless steel is ideal for airport columns and other very high traffic areas because it can withstand constant impacts from luggage and pedestrians. Standard thickness is 16 gauge (1.291mm). Additional thicknesses are available. Optional sound dampening material can be included for applications in which reducing noise from impacts is important. Finishes included brushed, polished and custom options. If budgets call for a more economical option, use stainless steel up to the maximum height of impact combined with a primed aluminum column. Stainless steel will resist impacts and primed aluminum panels can be painted to match interiors through many future remodels.
CUSTOM ARCHITECTURAL METAL PRODUCTS
LI can help bring your ideas to life for large-scale custom architectural metal products when requirements are beyond a traditional metal fabrication shop. Unique projects we have helped design and produce include flower pots, railings, artistic canopies, trellises, metal signage and other custom applications. Use any combination of our existing tubes, airfoils or flat bar to create unique pieces for exterior or interior use, or have us cut custom extrusion dies. Create unique shapes by providing artistic renderings for production with our CNC saw, router and mill center. Our specialty drilling right and left threading capabilities can help fulfill a wide range of needs. For applications with special performance requirements, we can provide engineering services to ensure the integrity of the products under weight and wind loads. We can finish your custom creation with a variety of anodized and painted finishes to meet design needs. Our standard paint finish is backed with up to a 20 year warranty.
